Every year, prospective college students get nervous when acceptance letters go out, with a barrage of “Will I?” or “What if?” self-questioning. A lot of emphasis is placed on how students should deal with rejection from colleges and universities, but what about the institutions themselves? They also have to deal with rejection in the cases where accepted students choose another school over them.
